Hi Guys,
I am Alex and a lover of all things yoga, wellness and life! Within the past four years of my yoga journey, I has practiced and studied Power, Baptiste, Hot, Restorative and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. I completed a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher training in Power Yoga and amassed well over 2,000 teaching hours. I specialise in flexibility and core training, Yoga for Beginners and finding self-love and appreciation through intention-filled practice and meditation.
Born and raised in the Bahamas, I can almost always be found practicing yoga on the beach - sun, sand and sea air play an important role in my life. Currently based in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, I have had the opportunity to share my passion for yoga with many students, both first time and seasoned practitioners, all over the world.

My goal with creating this app was to build a space to share my passion and love for yoga. Yoga has been such an integral part of my self growth and recognition of my self worth and it truly is a game-changer. I am a true believer that if you have breath then you can practice yoga. Yoga doesn’t have to be funky inversions and loads of chaturangas... it doesn’t have to be meditation and super slow restorative flows...the only thing yoga is is whatever you need in that moment. YOGA PROGRAMS

I created 5 different yoga programs for you. They are perfectly suited to start with yoga if you are a beginner or if you want to go for a 30 day yoga challenge. Improve your balance, strength and flexibility with dedicated programs or just take the This’n’that mixed for an overall program. I guide you through 19 different flows with 48 asanas. You can also build your own yoga program by just selecting the flows you like most. Namaste!

30 Days of Yoga

4 Weeks
Yoga every day
Yep, you read that right! 30 days of yoga back-to-back. This program is a mix of foundational sequences and restorative, power and vinyasa flows.

Finding Power

4 Weeks
4-5 Days of yoga per week
Over the course of 4 weeks, you’ll be adding more power to your practice. More power means more strength, endurance and faster paced flows. In this program, we’re staying consistent with our Sun Salutations (specifically A & B) on our off days and adding four more flows. Take your time and do what you can. No rush, this is YOUR practice. Remember, child’s asana is always there if you need it.

Just Stretch

2 Weeks
3 Days of yoga per week
With any yoga sequence you’re bound to increase your flexibility but this two week program focuses solely on low impact exercises and asanas to help relax your body and ease into another level of flexibility.

4-5 Days of yoga per week
Pressed for time? This three week program gets straight to the point. This n’ That combines a vinyasa flow with 5 mini flows that cover a variety asana categories.

Yoga for Beginners

3 Weeks
4 Days of yoga per week
This 3 week program is ideal for beginners and refreshing your knowledge on the foundations of yoga. Sun Salutations A, B and C are all perfect flows for warming up your body and are the most foundational and common sequences of yoga. Vinyasa flow combines the Sun Salutations and a few other asanas to create a slow paced, fluid movement of asanas. On days where you practice more than one flow/sequence, the Savasana is totally optional. Normally, you have one Savasana at the end of your practice.

NUTRITION COACH

While the nutrition guide is absolutely not mandatory nutrition still has a tremendous effect on our well being and quality of life. To make sure that you will always have healthy and absolutely delicious recipes at hand I created my nutrition guide. The nutrition guide comes with a fully equipped meal plan allowing you to always find a healthy meal suiting your individual needs. Eventually, you will decide for yourself whether you want to stick to your plan, cook only a few meals per week or completely roll on your own.

1. Set your personal info and nutrition goals

Healthy nutrition means making sure to get all your macro and micro nutrients in. By filling in your biometrics, your activity level at work, your nutrition goal and your food preferences I will create your personal macro and micro nutrition profile.

2. Plan your yoga flows & the meal plan will adjust

I have created your nutrition guide so that it will always be aligned with your yoga flows. Of course you will be able to adjust your nutrition guide to your food preferences like vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and many more…

3. Fine-tune & enjoy your nutrition guide

Of course I wanted to make sure that you will always have great meals that suit your taste. Therefore I included 6 alternatives for each meal you can choose from. With over 600 recipes you will never have a boring meal again. Of course, you will also have your personal shopping list to make grocery shopping easier than ever!
